Ed Groleau Blacksmith was located on the south-west corner of Percy and Lisgar streets before the Rideau Curling Club took over the same spot.The houses on the right in the picture are practically identical as they were about 75 years ago....

The building on the right is the Russell House. It got damaged by a fire in 1928 and then demolished. The site was expropriated by the federal government to build the War Memorial....
