Wellington Street would have been much more engaging if they would have not decided to widen it and consequently remove the trees of both sides of the street.  ...

Most of the buildings on the archival photo have been torn down.  The Windsor Hotel was located on the North-East corner of Metcalfe and Queen. On the extreme left of the photo we can see the Methodist Church who burned down in the 60's.  The light building behind the remaining...
