Corry Block
The Corry Block was the first modern building in Ottawa. It was built before the Union Station and was located on south side of Rideau Street.Road expansion and priorities given to car traffic had reason of the Corry Block: Mackenzie Avenue has been expanded south in this awkward urban interchange which merge into Colonel By Drive.
