I can't remember the name of this street
heading North (maybe Lett) but this shot
is looking North from Wellington Street... not Albert.
I used to sled down this hill in the 40's during winter months on an almost daily basis.

Remember Segals very well, they lived upstairs. Sold cigs by the ones & twos also black baby's three for a penny. Great place for fire crackers in the forties.

Hey Barrie, I remember you, you lived not to far from the United Church where Purvis Smith was the minister.

Lots of good memories from the Flats.
