The only building still standing in 2012 when the present photo was taken is the Medical Art Building that stands on the corner of Metcalfe Street and Nepean Street.  

The houses on the East-side of Metcalfe are long gone and the Tribeca, a high-rise condominium building, from Claridge is being built on the same site.  A Sobey's grocery store will occupy the ground floor of the Tribeca 1 and Tribeca 2 tours.
