It might be taken from Sparks Street (Garden of the Provinces) but the view is of Wellington Street.

I think this is Sparks street. I may be wrong, but you can see the Supreme Court a the back which is on Wellington. Remember that Sparks used to split when the Garden of the Provinces is nowadays.
